Position Summary:
The Automotive Accessories Installation Specialist is responsible for the precise installation of a variety of aftermarket automotive components. This role involves working with truck covers, accessories, and other enhancements for both personal and commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute installations of automotive parts and accessories according to detailed specifications, including bed liners, running boards, and trailer hitches.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-installation quality checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and resolve installation-related issues effectively.
- Diagnose and repair electrical concerns as needed.
- Fabricate custom components and brackets for specialized installations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by advising clients on accessory choices and installation methods.

Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records for customer and company files, detailing parts utilized, labor hours, and specific instructions.

Work Environment:
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace, stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to keep it in excellent working condition.
- Safely operate vehicles during testing and installation processes.

Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of aftermarket automotive accessories, including bumpers and lift kits.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and automotive machinery.
- Strong understanding of automotive components and their functions.
- Certification from a vocational institution or apprenticeship is preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive parts installation or a related field.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy items, up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for accurate installations.
- Good vision, including depth perception for vehicle operation.
- Capability to work in various weather conditions.
