About the Job

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing timely and professional maintenance services to our residents, including repairs, inspections, and upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, to ensure the integrity and safety of our properties.
  • Address customer concerns and provide exceptional service to our residents, responding to their needs in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to identify potential issues and take proactive steps to prevent damage or safety hazards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician with:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of residential construction and mechanical systems, with ability to perform general residential maintenance work.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with ability to relate to others and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to set, manage, and consistently meet goals and deadlines.
