About This Role

  • This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
  • As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our mid-rise affordable community.
  • You will work closely with our maintenance staff to ensure the highest level of service for our residents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and insured, operable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management is a plus.
