Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Monarch Landscaping. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our commercial landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain commercial landscapes through mowing, raking, weeding, pruning, edging, and debris pickup.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Prior landscape experience preferred, but not required (well-trained candidates will be considered).
  • Ability to consistently lift between 25-50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred, but not required).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
