Job Title: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Charlton Medical Center.

About the Role:

As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health needs. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
  • Direct and supervise other assigned team members.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care.
  • Communicate clearly and openly with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment.
  • Be accountable for your performance and take initiative for your professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification.
  • Current additional certifications as required by department.
  • Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
  • At least 6 months RN experience.
