Behavioral Health Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our team at Texas Health Dallas. As a Behavioral Health Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team and overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in our 35-bed adult inpatient psych unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of mental health professionals to ensure effective delivery of patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Conduct crisis interventions and manage patient complaints in accordance with policy
- Assist in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- 2 years of experience in psychiatric care
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- LMSW or LPC licensure required; LCSW highly preferred
