Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with store associates and management to ensure effective execution of merchandising plans.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to customers and store personnel to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute all required tasks, projects, and resets with accuracy and attention to detail, following all provided instructions.
  • Maintain high-quality work and meet or exceed client expectations for account aesthetics and project execution compliance.
  • Communicate daily with the Territory Sales Lead on activities accomplished, sales opportunities, and any success or potential barriers.
  • Have a detailed knowledge of company policies and maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required for travel to additional locations.
  • Ability to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred.
