Enterprise Sales Director

The Regional Sales Manager is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the heavy equipment sector. Located in Grand Junction, CO, this position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in outside sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a related outside sales role
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
• Valid driver's license and high-school degree required
Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
