National Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Director to lead our team of Key Account Managers and a CSO sales team and CSO relationship. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for our CNS products, Erzofri and Rykindo, while driving business growth and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Formulate strategic sales plans for Erzofri and Rykindo, identifying key market opportunities and outlining specific actions to achieve business objectives in alignment with the company?s overall strategy. Market Analysis and Risk Management: Analyze and monitor market data to assess the impact of competitor actions. Identify potential risks and opportunities for Erzofri and Rykindo, providing actionable recommendations to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks. Team and Budget Management: Lead the sales team and manage budget allocations, prioritizing initiatives to deliver on the business plan. Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring, and reporting of team activities in compliance with Luye?s standards. Team Development and Coaching: Train and mentor the sales team to continually improve capabilities, aligning performance with ethical standards. Implement the performance management process and support individual development plans for team members. Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to achieve performance targets and establish a competitive edge in the market. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of company strategies and provide timely feedback on market conditions and dynamics. Effectively manage a CSO partnership Ethics and Compliance: Uphold high standards of business ethics, ensuring adherence to the company?s Code of Conduct, supporting policies, and local regulations. Ensure all activities are conducted in line with company values, protecting and enhancing long-term business performance and reputation. Leadership and Business Growth: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers to achieve market-leading results by driving sales, increasing market share, and proactively identifying business opportunities. Communicate value propositions aligned to partner needs and propose solutions to expand Erzofri and Rykindo sales in the U.S. market.
