Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information and answer questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize knowledge management systems and resources to resolve complex customer issues.
- Process transactions and submit research requests in a concise and accurate manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a warm and empathetic manner.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals.
- Provide support to other positions/operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to submit to a background check and drug test.
- Strong work ethic and effective communication skills required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Full-time employment with benefits, including paid holidays and PTO.
- Competitive hourly rate of $14-17 per hour.
