Production Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team at WestRock. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating small machines and ensuring the efficient production of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various manufacturing equipment and follow specific directions.
- Perform duties as assigned, including make ready and shut down procedures.
- Understand quality inspection criteria and identify product and labeling issues.
- Maintain waste and efficiency standards, and perform inspections on equipment for proper operation.
- Perform various housekeeping, cleaning, and organizing functions to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read a tape measure, perform basic math, and have some computer skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the shift.
- Self-starting and self-motivated, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Great organizational and time management abilities, with industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
