Position Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Producer & Creator to lead our digital presence and drive growth across platforms.

This role is perfect for a creative powerhouse who can develop, produce, and edit engaging content, shape our brand voice and visual identity, and manage our social media platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Brand Voice & Visual Identity: Maintain our brand's voice, aesthetics, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Platform Management & Strategy: Own the daily operations of our social media platforms, develop and execute strategies to boost engagement and growth.
  • Engagement & Community Building: Cultivate a vibrant community by responding to comments and messages, and building relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Analyze and track social media performance, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize engagement.
  • Collaborative Campaigns: Partner with internal teams to build integrated campaigns that align with brand goals and product launches.
  • Innovative Content Ideation: Constantly brainstorm and execute new content ideas that captivate our audience.
  • Paid Social Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure paid social efforts align with organic strategies.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in social media management, content production, and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to grow social media engagement and foster community while executing high-impact digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design and content tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, and social media management platforms.
  • Expertise in platform-specific strategies, especially on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social channels.
  • A true creator at heart, with strong aesthetic sensibilities and the ability to write, design, and tell stories.
  • Data-driven, with experience using Google Analytics and other tools to track metrics and optimize performance.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
