Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Architecture: Develop comprehensive architecture strategies and roadmaps for the implementation of Oracle Banking SaaS and PaaS solutions.
  • Collaboration and Design: Collaborate with banking customers to understand their current state architecture, challenges, and technical requirements. Design scalable, secure, and resilient target state architectures that align with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Implementation Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation architecture of Oracle SaaS and PaaS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Transformation Strategy: Partner with customers to define their transformation strategy, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and impact. Advise on the sequencing of transformation activities to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption.
  • Customer Advocacy and Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate architecture vision, strategies, and progress.
  • Outcome Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives. Ensure that architecture and solutions deliver tangible business outcomes and value to customers.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years as an Enterprise Architect with experience in Banking or Financial Institutions
  • Experience with PAAS and SAAS implementations
  • A deep understanding of Oracle technologies, including OCI
  • Ability to work on-site in Vienna, VA in a hybrid work environment
