Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager/Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to account holders, resolving their queries and concerns with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support inbound call center operations and manage shared mailboxes for account holder inquiries.
  • Resolve and answer account holder problems or questions by being an expert and advocate.
  • Deal with sensitive or urgent topics, providing immediate answers or solutions within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Interpret regulations, policies, and procedures, conveying information to account holders directly or through written communication.
  • Provide problem resolution, supporting account holders and liaising between departments for shared concerns.
  • Educate account holders on relevant information and best practices.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $22-$25 per hour, W2 compensation, reflecting the competitive market rate for this position in Green Bay, WI.
