Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects related to GTM business applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of GTM technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects related to GTM business applications.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of GTM technology initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication, track team performance, and manage issues and risks to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Create project documentation, including executive communications, dashboards, project plans, and status reports.
  • Drive projects using Agile, SDLC, and other software delivery frameworks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a focus on GTM-related projects.
  • Experience with project management applications such as Asana.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including SDLC, Agile, and Jira.
  • Experience collaborating across departments and with external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing projects related to GTM (Go-To-Market) initiatives.
  • Change management expertise, particularly in guiding end-users through technology transitions.
  • Proficiency with project management applications such as Asana.
