Job Summary

The Senior Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market and competitive research to drive strategic decision-making at Thrivent Financial. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead research and analysis to identify and benchmark competitor business models and strategies.
  • Support and lead project-specific research on wealth management topics, including data analysis and visualization.

  • Develop and deliver data storytelling and visualizations to communicate insights to senior stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of research methodologies and data analysis.
  • Advanced ability to conduct quantitative analyses and reporting, with experience in constructing and reviewing datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry experience in wealth management strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency in working with research platforms, including Capital IQ, CB Insights, and LexisNexis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Microsoft Power BI.
What We Offer

Thrivent Financial offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $122,145 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
