ROLE OF A BRANCH MANAGER:

As a Branch Manager at Naturescape, you will handle a diverse range of responsibilities, ensuring that no two days are alike. Your role will involve:

  • Maximizing branch productivity in the field
  • Boosting sales and developing team members
  • Conducting weekly meetings with branch staff to discuss technical information, sales strategies, and service methods
  • Providing individualized training and guidance to specialists
  • Overseeing administrative staff to ensure top-notch customer service
  • Maintaining organized office operations and efficient routing for specialists
  • Engaging with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Regularly assessing branch needs and making informed decisions for employees and customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Motivated and eager to learn
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is advantageous
  • No prior lawn care or landscape experience is necessary; we offer paid training
