We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Leasing Professional to join our team at a community in the Santa Ana, CA area.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service with excellent problem resolution skills and the ability to multi-task. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a good understanding of basic computer operations and use of internet programs.

This is a Full-Time position offering a competitive hourly rate between $19-$21 per hour. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, life, vision, paid sick and vacation time, identity theft protection, 401(k), Flexible Spending Accounts, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Responsibilities
  • Execute the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
  • Perform all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and securing resident lease renewals.
  • Work closely with the community staff to ensure seamless daily operations and management of the multi-family residential community.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service with excellent problem resolution skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a good understanding of basic computer operations and use of internet programs.
  • High energy person with an infectious personality who thrives in a customer service industry.
  • Possess excellent sales skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to generate leases and leads.
  • Experience with outreach marketing and the ability to learn and understand pricing models.
  • Proficient in word processing, property management applications, and leasing management programs.
  • Ability to work weekends as required.
