About the Role:

  • Lease apartments and provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents
  • Work closely with the leasing team to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the leasing process

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the apartment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
