Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software solutions supporting critical business functions.
  • Deploy and manage Microsoft Autopilot for device deployment and management.
  • Utilize Microsoft Intune for device and application management, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Implement and manage JAMF for Apple device management.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline IT processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of all technical support activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Windows 11 Pro and Mac OS Sonoma.
  • Experience with Microsoft M365 Suite (BP, E3, E5), Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Co-Pilot, Slack, DocuSign, and Adobe Pro.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle NetSuite, Portfolio Management Systems, Rippling HR Software, and Snowflake is a plus.
  • Cybersecurity expertise in Microsoft Entra-ID, Microsoft Authenticator, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), JAMF, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, 1Password, Zscaler, Axonius, 24x7 SOC with SIEM, MAM, Microsoft 365 Suite Backup, and Cyber CNS.
  • Systems management proficiency in ConnectWise RMM, HaloITSM, and IT Glue Documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certifications and/or any other IT related certifications are a plus.
  • Past MSP Experience is a plus.
