Job Summary:

The Transplant House Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the daily operations of the residence. This includes creating a welcoming environment for guests, managing room requests, and ensuring seamless flow of housing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage room request system and ensure seamless flow of housing processes
  • Create a welcoming environment for guests and ensure their confidentiality
  • Actively listen to guest concerns and provide support as needed
  • Educate families on The Clyde F. Barker Penn Transplant House policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal UPHS contacts to oversee the physical facility and surrounding property
  • Maintain accurate financial records for the House
  • Prepare reports on evening or weekend activities and document unusual guest behavior
Requirements:
  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • 0-1 years experience in business, human services, or hospitality
  • Knowledge of transplant process (preferred)
