Workday Reporting Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Workday Reporting Analyst to join our team at TechHuman. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of reporting within Workday and strong data analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain complex calculated fields in Workday
  • Analyze data sets to drive impactful business recommendations
  • Develop strong problem-solving capabilities to address reporting challenges

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel or similar tools
  • 2+ years of Workday reporting experience (data analytics, visualization, dashboards, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Experience:

  • UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Analytics module experience
  • Workday PRISM or similar alternative experience (SAP Cloud Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Web applications experience
  • E-commerce / Retail platform experience
