Workday Certified Student Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Student Delivery Lead to join our team. As a Workday Student Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Student Project Management workstream on a Workday implementation project. This includes creating workplans for large complex global engagements, researching and resolving day-to-day Workday Student Project Management issues, and working with clients to support the new requirements for Student Project Management in Workday.
Key Responsibilities- Lead or support the Student Project Management workstream on a Workday implementation project.
- Create workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
- Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Student Project Management issues.
- Work with clients to support the new requirements for Student Project Management in Workday.
- Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
- Provide support for regular and special Student Project Management processes in Workday.
- Provide support for Student Project Management activities like posting, bank transfers, and paychecks in Workday.
- Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
- Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
- Manage small on- and off-shore functional teams.
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
- Architect Workday Student solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
- Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
- Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
- Provide the Student Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
- Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.
- Workday Partner Certification.
- Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
- Minimum of 4 years of Workday Student Implementations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.
- 4 years of Student PM related implementations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes.
- Experience in Higher Education Workday implementations.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
