Job Summary

We are seeking a contagiously friendly and caring individual to be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and selling our menu to guests. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their visit with our authentic world-class diner hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Sell our menu to guests, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our Fresh & Local Menu
  • Manage the front-of-house operations, including seating, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
  • Meet or exceed sales and service targets, contributing to the success of the restaurant
Requirements
  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required
  • Weekend and holiday availability is required for this position
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service in a high-pressure situation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
