Key Responsibilities- Provide Clinical Oversight: Collaborate with our care coordination team to ensure that our members receive comprehensive, coordinated care that meets their unique needs.
- Develop and Implement Quality Initiatives: Work with our quality improvement team to develop and implement initiatives that improve the quality of care we provide to our members.
- Conduct Peer Reviews: Conduct peer reviews of our care coordination team's work to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality and care.
- Develop and Maintain Clinical Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain clinical policies and procedures that ensure our members receive high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with our interdisciplinary teams, including our care coordination team, quality improvement team, and medical staff, to ensure that our members receive comprehensive, coordinated care.
- Education: Medical degree (MD or DO)
- License/Certification: PA Licensure; Board Certified in Adult or Child Psychiatry
- Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical psychiatry experience, including significant and specific experience with inpatient care and substance abuse treatment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including our care coordination team, quality improvement team, and medical staff
