We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting the development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals and promote the growth of our business.
Requirements:
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales role, is preferred.
  • Able to obtain a Property and Casualty License and a Life/Health License.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
