Position Summary:
HireVenture is in search of a meticulous Billing Coordinator to enhance our Accounting Department. This role is pivotal in managing the billing cycle, ensuring precise and prompt invoicing and collections. The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for data compilation, invoice preparation, and delivering exceptional customer service while collaborating with various departments to uphold accuracy and address any discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate detailed statements and invoices, accurately documenting amounts owed for services provided.
- Work closely with Purchasing, Service, and Sales teams to guarantee timely billing of service work orders.
- Reconcile finalized work orders in Salesforce to produce customer invoices, utilizing source documents such as quotes, emails, technician notes, and vendor invoices.
- Address discrepancies in billing records, collaborating with team members across the organization as necessary.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain communication with clients to relay or gather account information.
- Deliver high-quality customer support, responding to inquiries regarding account and billing specifics.
- Input customer invoices into designated customer portals as required.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Execute other related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, or one to three months of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Supervisory Role:
- This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.
We are looking for a dependable and committed individual who can manage the billing process with accuracy and contribute to the overall efficiency of the Accounting Department.
