Hydrologist - Site Inspector

Serco North America is seeking a highly skilled Hydrologist - Site Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting site inspections and providing technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough site inspections to assess hydrological conditions and identify potential risks
- Review and analyze professional architectural/engineering reports and designs or as-built plans
- Develop scopes of work, including related code and standard requirements
- Validate applicant-provided scopes of work to include related code and standard requirements
- Develop and review cost estimates
- Advise clients on the technical validity of claims presented under our programs
- Testify as an expert witness on behalf of our clients
- 5 years minimum of prior experience in site inspections of large commercial construction infrastructures
- 1-2 years of experience in site inspections in any of the following eligible types of work: restoration of roads, bridges, water control facilities, buildings, equipment, utilities, debris removal, schools, churches, parks, and recreation centers
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- A United States Citizenship
- The ability to maintain FEMA-specific trainings
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to deploy to any location with a 24-48 hour notice after task order award
- The ability to work independently, in a team environment, and under stressful conditions with tight deadlines
- PE - Professional Engineer
- Experience managing site inspectors
- Knowledge of the FEMA Public Assistance Program/Policy
- Trained in the new Public Assistance delivery model
- Active FEMA badge
Serco North America offers a competitive salary range of $62,400.00 to $[removed] and a comprehensive benefits package.
