- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 10 or more years of progressive sales experience in packaging, manufacturing, or food and beverage industries.
- Skills: Proven ability to drive results, exceed targets, and think strategically while addressing roadblocks.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with clients and attend industry events.
