About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Fiserv. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive incremental revenue growth through the creation of profitable deal constructs and innovative partnerships.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and account plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Proven sales and business development experience, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and experience working with clients in the healthcare and insurance sectors.
