Project Engineer 1

Position Overview:

360 Rail Services is seeking a Project Engineer 1 to contribute to our team. This entry-level position is ideal for engineers looking to build their career in railroad infrastructure design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, planning, and execution of railroad infrastructure projects.
  • Perform engineering calculations and develop plans, specifications, and estimates for assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide engineering support.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation related to project work.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and basic project management practices.
  • Familiarity with CAD software (Civil 3D, Bentley Systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Desire to grow and learn within the railroad infrastructure industry.
