Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Disruptive Innovation: Develop and execute strategic plans to launch new, innovative products and services that drive growth and revenue in the Real-Time Settlement market.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to design and deliver transformational products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide regular updates to Optum and enterprise executives on strategy and tactical performance, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.

  • Manage Key Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients and customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty to the organization.
  • Make Authoritative Recommendations: Provide technical and professional guidance that informs business decisions, integrating usability studies, research, market analysis, and design thinking into product and service requirements.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Understand and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements, leveraging privacy, cybersecurity, and other compliance by design concepts to ensure product and service offerings meet regulatory standards.
  • Manage P&L and Deliver Financial Results: Oversee the financial management and operationalization of the RTS portfolio, delivering against revenue and IOI targets.
  • Lead People and Teams: Provide exceptional people leadership, engaging, developing, and retaining key executives and attracting top talent into the organization.
Requirements
  • 15+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of launching large-scale product innovations and delivering measurable results in a healthcare or technology organization.
  • Proven Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex market opportunities and develop creative solutions to unique market problems.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead and grow the P&L of a solutions business, collaborating with senior leaders across multiple business units.
  • Organizational Development and Strategic Planning: Skilled in organizational development, budget and resource development, and strategic planning, with experience managing a team of high-performing leaders.
  • Visionary Thinking and Business Acumen: Demonstrated record of acting as an innovative thought leader and business partner to executives across multiple business units, with experience motivating, developing, coaching, and guiding people in a matrixed organization through change.
