Join Our Team as a Behavior Interventionist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Interventionist to join our team at Intercare Therapy. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a vital role in providing in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism and their families.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that offers flexible hours and paid training. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will work with children to help them learn and grow, while also developing your skills and knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to support children's learning and development
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma with at least one completed college course, or a high school diploma and current enrollment in college, or an associate's or bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Availability to work variable hours per week, including afternoons and early evenings
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Proof of immunization records and TB clearance
  • A background check
