JOB SUMMARY:

ABA Effects LLC is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Therapists (RBT) to deliver personalized therapy services to children and adolescents in their homes. THE BASICS:

Job Type: Part Time, Flexible

Availability:

Must be available during weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Minimum of 3 weekday evenings required

Weekend availability is preferred but not mandatory

Areas of High Demand: Various locations

Compensation: $25-$32 per hour based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Registered Behavior Technician will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized, in-home behavioral support to clients in accordance with their treatment plans.
  • Accurately collecting and documenting data on a child's progress using electronic data collection tools.
  • Communicating patient progress to Case Managers and Board-Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA) and incorporating feedback into therapy sessions.
  • Engaging actively in sessions, frequently adjusting positions to respond to the client's movements and behaviors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Registered Behavioral Technician Certification
  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs and maintain an active presence during sessions
  • Willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius
  • Familiarity with iPads and the Apple ecosystem
  • Minimum requirement of a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • Passing a tuberculosis test
