Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer to join our Monetization team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for designing and shipping end-to-end products that meet the needs of our global employees. You'll work closely with our product and marketing teams to develop solutions that are both user-friendly and effective.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop internal tools and platforms that enable our global employees to accomplish their goals efficiently and productively.
- Own every aspect of a product's design, from solving the core user challenge to shipping a well-tested and pixel-perfect UI.
- Develop a deep understanding of our users' needs and goals, and use that knowledge to inform your design decisions.
- Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to develop solutions that meet business needs and drive results.
- Mentor and support junior designers to help them grow and develop in their careers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product design settings.
- Proven ability to empathize with and develop solutions for professional users.
- Ability to provide design variations and rationalize design choices.
- Ability to organize and communicate thoughts and motivations with different audiences.
- A keen eye for visual UI details.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision.
- Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision.
- Willingness to adapt and contribute to design system.
- Love to discuss design in group settings and participate in design critiques and reviews.
