Job Description

The Guest Services Representative plays a key role in extending our hospitality beyond the front desk. This dynamic position involves assisting with check-in and check-out, interacting with guests to ensure their needs are met, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Maintain the lobby and public areas, ensuring they are always presentable and inviting.
  • Support food and beverage service in the Gallery Kitchen.
  • Handle payment transactions accurately and securely.
  • Stay informed of hotel policies, services, and promotions to assist guests.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless, high-quality guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable being active and taking on tasks that extend beyond the front desk.
  • Basic computer skills; knowledge of hotel management systems like Opera PMS is a plus.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: $25,000 - $30,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
