Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying sales leads from various sources, including networking and referrals.
- Setting appointments and meeting with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs.
- Effectively explaining insurance products and coverages tailored to clients' requirements.
- Presenting and selling insurance solutions to prospective customers.
- Cross-selling additional products to existing clients.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A valid 4-40 or 2-20 Property and Casualty License, or a strong sales background in another industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

- Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
