Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Medication Care Coordinator to join our team at Life Care Centers of America. You will also be responsible for preparing, administering, and documenting medications for patients, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Stay up-to-date on changing regulations and standards related to medication administration

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required
  • 1+ years of experience in geriatric nursing preferred
  • CPR certification required
