Job Description

As a Medication Aide at Trilogy, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing, Administering, and Documenting Medications
  2. Maintaining Resident Records
  3. Examining and Identifying Medications Brought into the Facility
  4. Creating a Caring and Compassionate Environment
  5. FOLLOWING HEALTH CAMPUS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide)
  • Experience as a QMA or CMA in Long-Term Care or Home Care Setting
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
