Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for achieving revenue and profitability targets through effective branch P&L management.
- Oversee the sales of all AAA products, including Membership, Insurance, and Travel services.
- Monitor daily operations and address any emerging issues or trends.
- Analyze branch performance data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic initiatives.
- Determine staffing needs and support requirements to implement business strategies effectively.
- Facilitate the resolution of operational challenges and foster innovative solutions.
- Lead the creation and execution of strategic business plans for the branch.
- Manage recruitment, performance evaluations, and coaching for branch staff.
- Provide engaged leadership through mentoring and coaching to enhance team performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages feedback and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the community to promote AAA's interests.
- Ensure compliance with AAA policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of effective business decision-making.
- Experience managing P&L and revenue accountability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management and planning skills.
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance and membership operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Bilingual communication skills are preferred.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail, travel, insurance, or financial services.
- 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Valid Driver's License required.
Work Environment
This position primarily operates in an office setting, with extended periods spent at a desk or workstation. Travel may be required for meetings or conferences.
