About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Sales Executive to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our homecare services to healthcare professionals and organizations within a designated geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers to promote our homecare services.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Prepare business plans and maintain target lists to prioritize accounts and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Gather and organize account-related information to provide input on key customer opportunities and service line extensions.
  • Represent the company's service capabilities to targeted referral source audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of healthcare or related industry sales experience.
  • Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills, and ability to represent the company effectively.
  • Previous healthcare sales experience or clinical liaison experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
