Access Dubuque is in search of a Pediatric Rehabilitation Specialist to deliver therapeutic services at our outpatient clinic.

At Access Dubuque, we are committed to providing exceptional rehabilitative care to individuals across all age groups. Our clinics emphasize a collaborative approach to ensure high standards of care. Our dedicated team includes occupational and physical therapists as well as speech-language pathologists, all focused on meeting the unique needs of each patient. We offer private treatment rooms and spacious gym areas equipped with specialized equipment to support children with diverse needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic services to pediatric patients and those with upper extremity orthopedic conditions.
- Evaluate patients and develop tailored treatment plans using standardized assessment tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with fellow rehabilitation professionals to design treatment programs that align with individual patient needs.
- Instruct patients in skills necessary for daily living activities.
- Oversee the work of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
- Design and recommend adaptive equipment and modifications to enhance patient independence.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Clinic Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 6 PM
- Friday: 8 AM - 2 PM
