Speech Pathologist-Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality outpatient pediatric rehabilitation services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing patients to determine the need for speech therapy services, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing education to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Provide speech therapy interventions to patients, including individual and group sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current licensure in the State of Iowa
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
