Job Overview

We are seeking a PRN or Part-Time Occupational Therapist to provide services at our pediatric outpatient therapy clinic in Lancaster, WI.

About the Clinic

Our clinic offers comprehensive care to individuals of all ages, with a focus on pediatric and UE orthopedic patients. Our team of therapists believes in a collaborative approach to assist all ages in achieving functional goals.

Responsibilities
  • Assesses patient and determines treatment plan using approved evaluation documents
  • Completes necessary documentation including evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes and logs in timely manner according to regulations
  • Consults with other members of rehabilitation team to select treatment programs consistent with needs and capabilities of individual and to coordinate comprehensive services delivery
  • Trains individuals in skills and techniques required for participation in ADL and IADL
  • Designs and constructs adaptive equipment for individual and recommends adaptation of individual's work-living environment to maximize independence
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
  • 1-2 years of experience in pediatric and UE orthopedic settings
Work Environment

Our clinic is open Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am-2pm. We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment with a team of experienced therapists.
