Production Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Production Operator to join our team in Portland, OR. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of 8 Production Operators, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality testing on every roll or pallet produced, including sampling and required tests.
- Perform quality testing for each resin application during new roll splices.
- Ensure adherence to product specification requirements as defined in Arclin Quality module.
- Collect film samples for retains and customer requirements.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (5-10 years), ideally in a role involving quality assurance and production oversight.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of testing procedures and equipment used in manufacturing operations.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and ensure compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
