At Benjamin Douglas, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead complex projects for our North American customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute complex projects with a methodical and purpose-driven approach.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project progress.
  • Monitor and manage scope, budget, schedule, invoicing, risk, and issue tracking.
  • Strategize and plan resource allocation with the Resource Manager.
  • Establish project and communication structures.
  • Assign and coordinate project team tasks.
  • Lead regular project meetings with customers.
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence to ensure optimal project performance.
  • Effectively communicate with various levels of an organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience of 3+ years as a Project Manager.
  • Experience in planning and overseeing complex software implementation projects within the IT domain.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional reliability, flexibility, self-motivation, collaboration, and initiative.
  • Proficiency with MS Project and project management tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% on average.
  • Highly effective communication skills in English language required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, French, or German is a plus.
  • PMP certification.
  • US Citizen or Green card holder.
