Scholar Support Specialist Job Description
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of scholars? Do you have a knack for creating engaging learning experiences? We're seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Paraprofessional to join our Scholar Support Team at Achievement Prep Public Charter Schools.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction and implementing scholar IEPs. You will collaborate with teachers to ensure consistent support and partner with families to advance scholar academic and social progress.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience working with scholars in a K-12 setting. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with scholars, teachers, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individual and small group instruction for scholars with special education needs.
  • Collaborate with case managers to assess scholar progress and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Partner with families to advance scholar academic and social progress.
