Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive one-on-one counseling to prospective students, ensuring accurate and consistent Title IV funding plans.
- Assist students in navigating and completing the financial aid process, including requirements and available payment and funding options.
- Stay informed about changes in financial aid regulations, policies, and industry trends to provide up-to-date information.
- Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the Admissions and Financial Aid Team to achieve annual enrollment goals.
- Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
- Prior work experience in Financial Aid, Collections, or Sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
