Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive one-on-one counseling to prospective students, ensuring accurate and consistent Title IV funding plans.
  • Assist students in navigating and completing the financial aid process, including requirements and available payment and funding options.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial aid regulations, policies, and industry trends to provide up-to-date information.
  • Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions and Financial Aid Team to achieve annual enrollment goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
  • Prior work experience in Financial Aid, Collections, or Sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
