Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an Ambulatory Specialty setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an Ambulatory Specialty setting, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, utilizing Schmitt-Thompson office Hour Epic Driven triage protocols, to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, promoting open communication and empathy.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Ambulatory Specialty setting.
  • High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience in Women's Health, preferred.
