Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-time performance and driver availability to ensure efficient transportation services.
- Oversee all call center functions to provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective customer relations strategies to build strong relationships with clients.
- Identify, select, train, and mentor location staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Communicate effectively with location staff and support team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in overseeing safety and training programs to ensure compliance with company, contract, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to maintaining a strong safety culture within the division.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to meet or exceed their expectations.
- Assist with conducting periodic departmental audits to ensure compliance and quality.
- Regularly review key operational metrics to drive improvement and efficiency.
- Implement, promote, and adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Participate in location labor and employee relations activities to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of management experience in a paratransit environment.
- Experience in scheduling, personnel management, and training is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of contractual obligations is crucial for success in this role.
- Knowledge of company policies ensures consistent application of measures to assess driver activity.
- Trapeze experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience managing fast-paced environments is highly valued.
Starting pay range: $100,131 - $112,653
